On 16th March, delegates of the DNT-NT Federation - activists representing different communities from across India, came together at the Press Club of India demanded separate column in 2027 Census. As one of the delegates, I traced here the historical, legal, cultural past and present of Denotified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes, and presented recommendations for our fundamental and rightful existence, participation, development and leadership.
